Each deck consists of four suits, an additional Varda card and a shuffle+varda prompt card to permit many different card games. Begin with an easy practice Varda game. Players may randomly select their hands or deal from the top as normal. When playing Varda poker, the only hand that beats a straight flush is a hand with the 5 Varda cards. To beat the royal straight Flush you need the additional varda shuffle card to make it a 6 card Varda hand. Other than that the poker hand values are normal namely

highcard

Five card Varda stud is fun and easy!

Varda pair poker that is quite like snap is fun too. The most pairs without busting with a triple wins. No repeat pairs permitted. You're out of the game the moment you pick three of a kind. You may wanna stick after a few pairs. Best score? Split the deck!

You can remove the non suited varda card and the varda shuffle card if you prefer playing the typical four suits of thirteen cards. The varda card is used for the usual king card.

Greet the fleet is more advanced .  It requires as many of the ship suit to win. No other suit has value. Straight flush in the ship suit is the best hand on this variation.
